Leading cultural change, while delivering innovative technology solutions.

My Work

As an experienced Technology Program Manager, my role is to deliver technology strategies designed to achieve the corporation’s vision and goals. Through improving efficiencies, implementing problem resolutions, and effectively managing risk I achieve these objectives. I promote organizational stability ensuring the company’s continued growth.

My Beliefs

Diversity is not a box to check, it’s a reality that should be deeply felt, held, and valued by all of us in our communities. I apply my work ethic to my passions, leading the Manhattan Global Technology Diversity & Inclusion team, identifying networking and exposure opportunities, immediately increasing the visibility of the group and its goals.

Rokeisha Mcgriff displays an exemplary work ethic and excellent attitude. As my mentor, she provides advice that helps me navigate the delicate balance of career and personal advancement … I have improved my interactive engagements and networking throughout the firm and have learned to advocate for myself due to Rokeisha’s advocacy.

About Me

Being the first person in my family to work in corporate America, I taught myself how to navigate the corporate sector. Now, with over 15 years’ experience in the Business & Technology field, I understand the importance of early exposure to the corporate workplace and am passionate about leading cultural change in the industry.

Working with programs, Year Up and Manhattan Black Community for GT Diversity & Inclusion, I mentor young African American and Hispanic associates through networking, career shifts, and build confidence in their skillset. Eliminating fear of the unknown in the workplace, growing knowledge.

Great organizational and leadership skills led me to co-leading the NYC Metro panel discussion for Jersey City, Manhattan, and Brooklyn communities in November. The panel’s theme was “Overcoming Career Progression Challenges” and saw 60 participants gain advice from a panel of managing directors.

Continually improving and growing my leadership knowledge, I am proud to be a part of: Women in Technology Transformational Leadership Program, Leadership Edge Managerial Training, and Certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance.
